If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Our return policy has been established to ensure a smooth and easy process for our valued customers.

If you receive a faulty or defective product or the product does not function as advertised, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at info@macavelcosmetic.store. Our team will then review and verify the issue and if deemed defective, we will provide a full refund for the product price. Please keep in mind that the refund process may take 7-10 business days to complete.

We understand that receiving a damaged product can be disappointing, and we are here to help. Please send us an email with a description of the issue, along with your order number, and any relevant photos or videos. Our customer service team will then guide you through the next steps.

Please be aware that we do not process refunds or returns for any of our soap products, unless you have received the wrong product. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for soap items once they have been opened or used, unless an incorrect item was delivered to you.

It is important to note that our return policy is limited to product defects and does not cover issues arising from improper use or handling. Additionally, the delivery charge is non-refundable.
